SNOW AND OUR MEETING TOMORROW NIGHT
Not sure if we are going to have “snowmageddon” as the east coast did, but
there is a prediction that weather might be difficult tomorrow night. In the
event that the weather becomes too difficult and severe, our meeting will be
cancelled.

FRIENDS OF SCOUTING from Debbie Ruggiero
This is just a friendly reminder that FOS cards are due tomorrow at our troop meeting. I will be at the meeting to collect them. If your son can’t make the meeting, it would be great if you could drop it off with Mr. Evans or give it to a scout friend to bring to the meeting. My goal is to have all the cards collected this week, so if I don’t get your card at the troop meeting, I’ll be calling you this week to arrange a time when I can pick it up. SKI TRIP SHOPPING HELP
Would anyone be willing to help shop for groceries for the upcoming ski trip? We will be eating a Friday snack, Saturday and Sunday breakfasts and will need to supply that food. Lunch and dinner are at Devil’s Head. If you can help, please let me know in the next couple days. Thanks.

Napoleon Dynamite TALKS SCOUTS
Caught this on NPR Saturday morning. With the Boy Scouts of America turning 100 years old this month, there is a lot of press gathering. As they say, “That’s a century of merit badges, campfires, bowlines, half-hitches, jamborees and camporees, first aid and community service.” This six-minute story by guest host Audie Cornish talks to Marcos Nava, who heads up Hispanic Initiatives for the Boy Scouts, and actor Jon Heder, an Eagle Scout and star of the film Napoleon Dynamite.
